  1. Item Condition: Unless a specific warranty or written addendum is provided, the selected bike, part, accessory, or bundle is sold "AS-IS" with no implied warranties.
  2. Ownership & Transfer: The Seller represents that it has the right to sell the selected item. For titled motorcycles, title transfer will be completed after final payment clears.
  3. Fitment & Compatibility: The Customer is responsible for reviewing fitment, model year, finish, and compatibility details before final acceptance.
  4. Payment Clearance: If payment is made by check, wire transfer, card, or financing, release or shipment will occur only after funds have successfully cleared.
  5. Customer Responsibility: Upon receipt or possession, the Customer assumes responsibility for installation, registration, taxes, insurance, maintenance, and future repairs where applicable.
